According to HAKOM’s calculation, the regional concession of Radio Kaj, according to the 2021 census, covers 1,187,000 inhabitants, and includes the counties of Krapina-Zagorje, Zagreb, Međimurje and Varaždin and the cities of Zagreb and Koprivnica. The program of Radio Kaj, outside of this area, is mostly additionally listened to, through its own FM transmitters, in Karlovac, Sisak-Moslavina and Bjelovar-Bilogora Counties, part of neighboring Slovenia, and through other channels for the distribution of radio programs, the program of Radio Kaj is also listened to throughout Croatia, but also in about 70 countries around the world.
